Section V - PRINCIPLES
1. The protection of the right to independent administration and self-operation of each Citizen, Mansion/Sect or Tribe Inited within the Family of IRASCOM.
2. Respect for the independent and individual teachings, customs and traditions of each Citizen, Mansion/Sect or Tribe Inited within the IRASCOM Family.
3. Unless otherwise authorized by the appropriate appointed elders of the individual Mansion, or after a petition by the representative majority of members of that Mansion/Sect or Tribe to ICORE, protection from any interference in the internal affairs of the Citizen, Mansion/Sect or Tribe within the IRASCOM Family.
4. Establishment of, and adherence to, a common set of codes and ethics of RasTafarI Culture generally agreed upon by the worldwide Rasta Community for the sole purpose of presenting a unified universal community of Rastas.
5. Undeniable and irrevocable rights of the individual Rasta to participate in the functions, projects and activities of IRASCOM.
6. Peaceful and prompt settlement of disputes involving RasTafarI by mediation, intercession, negotiation, conciliation, adjudication, arbitration and other appropriate means as may be decided by the Executive.
7. Commitment to the liberation of RasTafarI from political, judicial, legislative, economic, religious, or any other form of persecutions.
8. "Zero Tolerance" policy regarding the use of force, threats, duress or any means of intimidation against any Citizen, Mansion/Sect, Tribe within the Family of IRASCOM.
9. Promotion and affirmation of the Human Rights of every Citizen, Mansion/Sect or Tribe, taking due notice to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights as instituted by the General Assembly of the United Nations in the year 1948 and the Charter of The United Nations.
10. Establishment of purposeful democratic principles, respect for natural law and the rule of law, responsible and accountable "leadership", keeping due regard to the Biblical authority of Theocratic governance.

When this group was created, it was not intended for Rastafari debate, doctrinal discussions or simply to feed the interest and curiosity of non-Rastas. Yet from time to time, we may see such here on this site. This group was created as a central point of Online Information, international communications and to organize and facilitate the efforts and projects of IRASCOM Int. Its BECAUSE of our purpose, that we have attracted most of the most "conscious, serious-minded, cultural, spiritual, educated and self-taught" Rastafarians from AROUND THE WORLD....Rastas who are not concerned with idle talks and petty debates, but progression, upward and forward actions. The Rastafari movement grew out of the darkest depression that the descendants of African slaves in Jamaica have ever lived in -- the stink and crumbling shacks of zinc and cardboard that the tattered remnants of humanity built on the rotting garbage of the dreadful Jungle on Kingston's waterfront. Out of this filth and slime arose a sentiment so pure, so without anger, so full of love, the Philosophy of the Rastafari faith. Freedom of Spirit, Freedom from Slavery, and Freedom of Africa, was its cry.
Selassie was much more than just a political leader; Rasta theology centered on the divinity of Selassie as a living manifestation of Jah, the all-knowing and all-loving God." The story told by the Old Testament pertains to black Africans who descend from Abraham and Jacob. But white Christians altered this fact to keep Africans in a substandard position. Rastafarians refer to this oppression as "Babylon", with obvious references to a state of slavery and cultural tyranny that all blacks must overcome.
The books of Revelation and Psalms reveal that identity to the brethren;
"Glorious things are spoken of thee, oh City of God, I will make mention of Rahab and Babylon to them that know me: Behold Philistia, and Tyre; with Ethiopia; this man was born there." Psalms 87:3-4
"And he hath on the vesture and on his thigh a name written, King of Kings and Lord of Lords." Rev. 19:16
"And I saw an angel proclaiming with a loud voice, Who is worthy to open the book and loose the seals thereof? And no man in heaven, neither under the earth, was able to open the book, neither to look thereon. H.I.M.'s lineage to the throne of Solomon makes him a descendant of the root of David. It is the same root that produced Jesus Christ who, the brethren say, was one and the same with Selassie but of" an earlier dispensation."

EveryWhereChat Free Flash Chatrooms HIM his mystical Youth yearsOn July 23, 1892 a child by the name of Tafari Makonnen, was born in Ejarsa Gora near the city of Harar. This child was a direct descendant of the biblical King Solomon of Jerusalem and Queen Makeda of Sabo Sheba the southern lands of Ethiopia. Indeed his blood lines have been traced back to Solomon s grandfather Jessie, the blackest Jew the world had ever known. Tafari was named Ras by the church in recognition of his Royalty Striking hand some, extraordinarily soft spoken and deferential. He was with a minor appointment as governor of Selale in a small and insignificant corner of a realm located at the north west of the Imperial city of Addis Ababa. He was also in the southern frontiers of Ethiopia to serve as governor of Sidamo province. Tafari as a youth, manoeuvred his way to a position of political indispensability. He is the one who ushered Ethiopia into the League of Nations. This child also fulfil the prophecy written in Isiah 9 V 5, "For unto us a child is born and unto us a son is given and the Government shall be on his shoulder and his name shall be called wonderful counsellor, the Might of God, the Everlasting Father, the Prince of Peace". Rumours cropped up in Addis Ababa that even Ras Tafari s trusted personal counsellors were terrified of him, reluctant to shake his hand or gaze directly upon his stark features with pointed nose, sparse beard and penetrating, almost black eyes, all framed by wild bushy hair. Queer tales began to circulate about Tafari s boyhood, the most notable concerning his supposed ability to speak to animals. During his youth it was claimed he had, on several occasions been seen conversing in the bush with leopards and lions, the fierce jungle beast becoming docile at his feet. Further, it was said that as a young student, Tafari was quite bright, competent at his lessons, but that he had truly astounded the priest with the depth of his knowledge concerning religious and mystical matters not only could he quote freely from the book of Kufale, the book of Inoch, The Shepherd of Hermas, Judith, Ecclesiasticus, Tobit, The Matshafa Berhan (Book of Light), The Sixth and Sevent books of Moses, the book of Eden (Secretly deleted from Genesis during the dark ages), all thirty-one books of the Hebrew Bible, the twenty-one Canonical books of the New Testament but numerous Apocryphal and Pseudepigrahic books. One priest asked Tafari where he got his knowledge. Tafari replied that much of it had come to him at the moment of his babtism, conducted according to tradition on the fortieth day of his life. The priest who presided at the ceremony had opened Tafari s eyes with the first touch of holy Chrism that everything that ensued was a comprehensible to the infant as if he had been an adult. The priest pronounced his surnamed he remembered and next his babtismal name and then he blew softly in Tafari s face to drive off the evil spirits. At that instant Tafari claimed he felt himself enveloped by a golden glow and as the priest began to anoint him, water touching his forehead, breast, shoulder and all of the other thirty-seven prescribed places, he felt his knowledge increase filling him up like a vessel and endowing him with a great sense of clarity about creation and the final purpose of man. When the birds and the beasts and even the insects began to greet him and speak to him, reminding him of what he already knew, Tafari replied, "Which was the first creature to speak to him".
Tafari requested a sheet of paper and some pastels and began to draw with extraordinary facility, a picture of a bird. It reembled a dove, but with exotic, multicoloured plumage. The priest was about to ask Tafari what sort of bird it was when he was dumbfounded as it flew out through the nearby window disappearing into the sky.
The chief priest arranged meetings with him to question and perhaps catch him with what he supposed might be blasphemous mischief or pagan magic.
At one of these meetings Rastafari is said to have made it plain that he was well acquainted with the rare manuscripts of Abba Aragaive and the other Coptic monks known as the Nine "Saints", who entered Ethiopia in 480 A.D. and founded the first monasteries in Tigre province. He also revealed that he was acquainted with the occult applications of Urim and thummin and the Mezuzah as well as the use of the magic word Gematria and Notarilon in Egypt Necromancy and also of the magical names writing of Gilgamesh. The pagan rituals surrounded the worship of Isis of the serpen Arwe and of the Abyssinian Gods of earth (Meder) sea, (Beher) and war (Mahrem) as well as the Arcana of astrology and numerology. but most importantly Tafari exhibited to the priest his understanding of the central messages in the Egyptian book of the dead and the Egyptian book of two ways.
At one point an old abmnet (Abbot) allegedly asked to examine Tafari s palms. he saw that there were Shgmata there and the lifeline back upon itself in an emblem of infinity, Tafari whispered a word in the abbot s ear and all colour drained from the old man s face. He left the room apparently in shock, refusing to return or to speak with his colleagues.
Tafari addressed a monk who served in the Cathedral of Azum, where the ark is kept. Tafari described to him in Kushed the Kedusta Kedussan, the Holy of Holies or inner sanctum where the Tabot - The Ark - is kept and recited various inscriptions written upon it. Close to fainting with the shock of what Tafari was disclosing, the monk is said to have covered his ears to shut out these blasphemous revelations and he and the rest of the priests hurriedly dispersed.
Later they made a solemn pact among themselves to do everything within their means to keep the young Tafari from ever gaining power in the land as he was considered too dangerous, dangerous beyond belief.
The stories about Tafari's boyhood encounters with the priest, his occult wisdom and uncanny powers were spreading like brush fire throughout Ethiopia in 1930 as the country prepared to carry out Ras Tafari s vow that his coronation in November would be the grandest and most solemn that Africa had ever known
Saint Takla Haymanot THE ETHIOPIAN
St Takla descended from an ancient Hebrew family that lived in Ethiopia at a time when most Ethiopians worshipped pagan gods and evil spirits. St Takla’s parents loved God and were very kind to the ill and needy. They always asked the Archangel Michael to pray for them, and they celebrated his feast on the 12th of every month by feeding the poor.
One day they saw a vision in which Archangel Michael told them that they will have a child who will be blessed and who will be like John the Baptist. St Takla was born on the 24th of Kiahk. He was welcomed into the family by his father Tsega Ze_Ab and his Mother Sarah (Egezi-Hareya was her Ethiopian name). He received the name Feseba Zion which means the Joy of Zion.
The Holy Spirit descended upon Feseha Zion three days after his birth and he opened his mouth and said " One is the Holy Father. One is the Holy Son. One is the Holy Spirit. "
As a child Feseha Zion performed many miracles like increasing flour and oil during a time of famine so his parents were able to make their monthly aghabi for the needy in honor of St. Michael. Feseha Zion grew to love and adore God. He was later ordained a deacon at the age of fifteen by Bishop Kyrellos II.
When he returned home his parents chose a young lady for him to marry but he refused .
Once he was hunting with his friends and Archangel Michael appeared to him . St Michael told him to spend the rest of his life saving people's souls and changed his name to Takla Haymanot which means "Paradise of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit."
When he returned home he gave his money to the church and the poor and went to the monastery. He later became a priest. Takla preached to people about God and a lot of people were converted to Christianity.
For a while St Takla was living in a monastery on a mountain and to get down they used ropes . One day Takla was on the rope, and all of a sudden it broke .Takla prayed to God and God sent Archangel Michael and gave him six wings so he was able to go down the mountain.
St Takla then went to a place called Katata where the people worshipped a tree. St Takla saw an evil Spirit in the tree and made it disappear in the Name of Jesus Christ.
When St Takla was ninety nine (99) years old he became very sick. He gathered all the monks and told them to live a Spiritual life. St Takla departed on the 24th of Misra which is August 30th, 1711 A.D. Many miracles have occured through the prayers and intersessions of this great saint till this day.
May his prayers be with us all, and glory be to God forever. Amen.

القديس تكلاهيمانوت الأثيوبي
للقديس تكلاهيمانوت مكانة خاصة لدى الكنيسة الأثيوبية بكونه من أعمدة الرهبنة الأثيوبية وسبب خلاص لكثيرين.
تزوج والده الكاهن ساجازآب أو سكارات (تعني عطية الآب) بفتاة تدعى سارة جميلة جدًا وغنية، وقد عاشا في حياة تقوية، وكان محبين للفقراء والمساكين. إذ لم يهبهما اللَّه طفلاً طلبت الزوجة من رجلها أن يقوما بتوزيع كل ممتلكاتهما على الفقراء وعتق جميع العبيد والجواري، وإذ طلب ألاّ تتسرع أصرت على موقفها، ففرح بمشورتها، وتمم شهوة قلبها. حزن العبيد والجواري إذ كانوا يشعرون أنهم أهل البيت وطلب بعضهم أن يبقوا معهما في البيت فقبلا ذلك ليعيش الكل كإخوة.
إذ صار متالومي ملك الداموت يضطهد المسيحيين بعث بعسكره في كل موقع حوله ليمارسوا أعمال العنف، فبلغ أحد الجند إلى بيت الكاهن وأراد قتله بالرمح لكن الكاهن هرب، وإذ وجد بحيرةٍ غاص فيها. ووقف الجندي على الشاطئ ينتظر خروجه ليرميه بالرمح. إذ تأخر الكاهن جدًا تيقن الجندي أنه قد غرق. لكن الكاهن إذ غاص وجد رئيس الملائكة ميخائيل قد أحاط به وظلله ليصير كمن تحت خيمة حتى خرج ليجد زوجته قد سُبيت والكنيسة قد خُربت، فصار يبكي بمرارة.
رأى العسكر الزوجة سارة فبُهروا بجمالها واقتادوها إلى الملك كهدية. أخبروه بأمرها فطلب حفظها في أحد البيوت وتقديم ثياب فاخرة وذهب وفضة ولآلئ ثمينة تتزين بها، أما هي فصامت عن الطعام الفاخر، وكانت دموعها لا تجف. وفي المساء إذ نام الجميع خلعت الثياب الثمينة، وارتدت ثيابها البسيطة، وصارت تصلي للَّه، وتطلب خلاصها من هذا الشر، وكانت تطلب شفاعة رئيس الملائكة ميخائيل الذي كانت تُعيِّد له كل شهر وتُقدم في عيده عطايا كثيرة للفقراء. وبالفعل أرسل اللَّه لها رئيس الملائكة يطمئنها ويعزيها، بل ويعدها بطفلٍ مباركٍ يكون بركة لكثيرين.
في الصباح ارتدت الثياب الملوكية، ومضى بها الجند إلى الملك الذي فرح بها جدًا، فقدم هدايا جزيلة للجند، وطلب أن يمضوا بها إلى حيث كرسي المملكة ليقيم احتفالاً رسميًا بزواجه بها في هيكل الوثن. وبالفعل جاء الملك إلى الهيكل وسجد أمام الأوثان، وإذ كانت هي واقفة تنتظر عمل اللَّه معها، حدثت بروق ورعود وزلازل، ونزل رئيس الملائكة ميخائيل ليحملها إلى الكنيسة التي كانت تُصلي فيها مع زوجها الكاهن.
التقت برجلها فظنها إحدى بنات الملوك، إذ كانت تغطي وجهها، لكنها أعلنت عن شخصها وحدثته عن عمل اللَّه معها، فشكرا اللَّه ومجداه على عمله معهما. وفي المساء رأت سارة (كانت تدعى أيضًا مختارة اللَّه) كأن عمودًا منيرًا في وسط بيتها رأسه في السماء، يحتضن فيه طيورًا كثيرة ومتنوعة، وتتطلع إليه شعوب كثيرة وملوك في دهشة، بينما رأى الكاهن كأن شمسًا منيرة تحت سريره وحولها نجوم كثيرة تضيء على المسكونة. في تلك الليلة حملت سارة بالطفل المبارك، الذي ولد في 24 كيهك.
طفولته
جاء في سيرته الكثير من أعمال اللَّه معه منذ طفولته، نذكر منها أنه إذ كان والداه قد باعا كل ما حملته مختارة اللَّه (سارة) من ثياب فاخرة وذهب وفضة ولآلئ جاءت بها من عند الملك، وقاما بتوزيعه على الفقراء، جاء عيد رئيس الملائكة ميخائيل وكانت البلاد تعاني من مجاعة شديدة. فكانت مختارة اللَّه تبكي مشتاقة أن تُقدم شيئًا للمساكين. وإذ رأى الطفل الرضيع دموعها أشار بيده نحو حفنة دقيق، ووضع يده عليها فصار الدقيق يفيض بكثرة. أسرعت الأم وقدمت كل ما لديها في مطبخها ليضع الرضيع يده عليه فصار لديها فيض من البركات قدمته للمساكين.
عُمِّد هذا الطفل ودُعي اسمه فيشهاسيون أي "فرح صهيون". وقد تربَّى على حياة التقوى والعبادة بروح نسكية مع اتضاع وحب للجميع.
سيامته
إذ بلغ الخامسة عشرة من عمره سامه الأنبا كيرلس مطران الحبشة شماسًا، وكان ذلك في عهد الأنبا بنيامين. استقبله المطران بحفاوة وقبَّله معلنًا عنه أنه محبوب من اللَّه وأن ملاك الرب يرافقه ممسكًا في يده سيفًا من النار.
عاش في حياة الطهارة والعفة، وعندما حاول والداه أن يزوِّجاه رفض مُعلنًا عن رغبته في الحياة البتولية، ولما ألزماه عاش مع زوجته كأخٍ مع أخته حتى رقدت في الرب.
سامه الأنبا كيرلس كاهنًا يساعده في الخدمة، ثم تنيحت والدته في 22 مسرى وبعد أربعة أيام تنيح والده في 26 مسرى من نفس العام.
عاش هذا الشاب الكاهن في بيت والديه سبع سنوات، وإذ خرج يومًا ليصطاد وحوشًا ظهر له رئيس الملائكة ميخائيل، وقال له إن هذا العمل لا يليق بالكهنة إنما يلزم أن يكرس كل حياته للصلاة ودراسة الكتاب والتعليم، وأن اللَّه قد وهبه عطية شفاء المرضى وصنع المعجزات، وأن اسمه لا يُدع بعد فيشهاسيون (فرح صهيون) وإنما تكلاهيمانوت. قيل إنه رأى أيضًا السيد المسيح الذي وضع يده عليه وباركه بعد أن دعاه للعمل الكرازي ووعده أن يكون معه ويسنده.
قام القديس تكلاهيمانوت بتوزيع كل أموال والديه على الفقراء وودَّع أهل مدينته، وانطلق يكرز ويبشر.
خدمته الكرازية والرهبانية
ذهب إلى مدينة كاتانا حيث كان أهلها يعبدون الأوثان والأشجار والشمس، وهناك ثار الشعب عليه وسمعوا صوت الشيطان من الشجرة معبودتهم يطالبهم بإقصائه بعيدًا، أما هو فوقف من بعيد وحوَّل وجهه نحو الشرق وبسط يديه وصلى، سائلاً الرب أن يبيد هذه الشجرة، فإذا بها تُقتلع من جذورها وتتحرك نحو القديس، كما اعترف الشيطان علانية عن تضليله للناس.
صنع اللَّه على يديه عجائب كثيرة فأمن كثيرون ونالوا سرّ المعمودية في مياه النهر.
حزن أمير المنطقة على ما جرى لأن الشجرة كانت مصدر إيراد ضخم له، خاصة وأنه جاء ليجد القديس قد أمر بتقطيع الشجرة لاستخدام خشبها في بناء كنيسة. وإذ كان الأمير مريضًا شفاه القديس باسم الثالوث القدوس، فآمن هو وزوجته أكروسينا وأولاده الثلاثة الذين اعتمدوا وصارت اسماؤهم صموئيل وبنيامين وعطية الصليب، كما اعتمد معهم كثيرون.
التحمت حياته النسكية بعمله الكرازي، فكان ناسكًا حقيقيًا يقضي أغلب فترة الصوم الأربعيني في البراري في تقشف شديد ليعود يلتقي بإخوته وأولاده بحب شديد، يهتم بهم ويرعاهم.
تعلَّق به الشعب جدًا، لكنه كوصية الرب له كان يضطر إلى التنقل من بلد إلى بلد بأثيوبيا يكرز بالإنجيل ويقاوم عبادة الأوثان وأعمال السحر فتعرض لمتاعب كثيرة ومقاومة، لكن الرب كان ينجح طريقه، واهبًا إيَّاه صنع العجائب والأشفية.
بجانب عمله الكرازي عاش أيضًا أبًا لرهبان كثيرين، فقد مارس الحياة الديرية في أمجرا بروح العبادة والسهر مع خدمة الآخرين والاهتمام بالفقراء، حتى حسبه الرهبان ملاكًا لا إنسان. وكان اللَّه يصنع على يديه عجائب، فتحول الدير إلى مركز للكرازة.
قيل إن ابن أخت رئيس الدير كان قسًا ومات فصار الكل يبكونه، وإذ جاء القديس تكلاهيمانوت إلى حيث يوجد الجثمان صلى إلى اللَّه فأقامه الرب من الموت، وعندئذٍ جاء القس يبكي بدموع وهو يسجد عند قدميْ القديس طالبًا المغفرة، معترفًا أنه كان يحسده على ما وهبه اللَّه من عطايا ظانًا أنه سيحتل مركز خاله ويصير رئيسًا للدير بعد نياحته. وكان القس يشكر القديس ويمدحه من أجل قداسة حياته ومحبته حتى لحاسديه.
شعر القديس أن المجد الزمني سيلاحقه بعد إقامته هذا القس، لذا كان يصرخ إلى اللَّه كي يخلصه من هذا الموضع، وبالفعل أرشده رئيس الملائكة ميخائيل أن يذهب إلى دير القديس إسطفانوس تحت رئاسة إيسوس مور (يسوع غالب). بالفعل ترك منطقة أمجرا حتى بلغ النهر فأمسك به الملاك ليسير معه فوق المياه ويبلغ به إلى الدير.
كرَّس وقته للصلوات والمطانيات بصبرٍ عجيب فأهَّله الرب لرؤية أورشليم السماوية وكراسي المجد المعدَّة للمؤمنين المجاهدين. وهناك سمع صوتًا يناديه باسمه، قائلاً له إنه سيُحسب مع الأربعة وعشرين قسيسًا وأُعطي له مجمرة ذهبية ليبخر بها معهم، وكان يشترك معهم في التسبيح.
انتقل من هذا الدير إلى دير القديس إدجاوي القائم على جبل دامود حيث كان القديس يوحنا رئيسًا للدير الذي البسه الإسكيم، وبقي هناك 12 عامًا يمارس الحياة النسكية، وإذ ودَّعه رئيس الدير والإخوة ربطوه في حبل لينزلوه من الدير (على القمة) إلى سفح الجبل. فجأة انقطع الحبل وظن الكل أنه يسقط ميتًا، لكنهم نظروا أجنحة عجيبة برزت من جسده، ليطير وينزل سالمًا، لهذا كثيرُا ما يُصور القديس كالشاروب بستة أجنحة.
صار القديس يتنقل بين الأديرة، وكانت قوة اللَّه تلازمه وتعمل به وفيه.
قيل أيضًا انه ذهب إلى مدينة القدس، وانه التقى بالبابا الإسكندري خائيل هناك. تبارك بالقبر المقدس والمواضع المباركة ثم ذهب إلى برية الإسقيط بمصر حيث ظهر له ملاك الرب وأمره بالعودة إلى أثيوبيا.
عاش هناك يُتلمذ الكثيرين للحياة الرهبانية حتى إذ أكمل جهاده ظهر له السيد المسيح وأعلمه بقرب انتقاله، وبالفعل اصيب بمرض الطاعون ورقد في الرب.

IRASCOM Co-op, like many other if not all Rasta organizations overstand the need and importance of financial resources to fund not only the organization itself, but most importantly to support the various programs, projects and initiatives that the body has proposed. The Rasta Community faces a very serious challenge in this area, as one of the Pillars of RasTafarI faiths is Anti-capitalism. But the acquisition of wealth, which is power through independence, must not be misinterpreted as capitalism.

IRASCOM Co-op is encouraging a program that will not only ease the financial burdens Rasta organizations and mansions face, but will lay the foundation for the development and expansion of RasTafarI wealth. We are not talking about individual and personal riches, but COLLECTIVE wealth amongst the entire worldwide Rasta community.
As IRASCOM Co-op, moves to being the international voice and representative of the Rasta community worldwide, we are also teaching Rasta’s investment, financial planning and resources security. The importance of this program is to begin to teach InI people about good governance and righteous prosperity while living in the same spirit of oneness and unity. Collectively being responsible for each other and our community. IRASCOM Co-op also wants to establish a sense of ownership and citizenship amongst the Rasta community, not belonging to the systematic perils of Babylon, but Sovereign RasTafarI Governance of a Theocratic Nation.

Members of the worldwide Rasta community, are encourage to make a non-refundable financial investment into IRASCOM Co-op, which will offer financial resources for the organization to accomplish its missions on behalf of the Rasta community, while also providing a registered forum for Equal and Sovereign Rasta Governance.

Equality amongst all citizens, regardless of race, creed, gender, tribe, mansion, nationality sex, or any other forms of discrimination.

Guidelines for Becoming a Citizen of IRASCOM:
Should be 18 yrs or older. (Persons under the age of 16 must have parental or a guardian's approval. Parents may also register their youth and other young children)
Should have completed a Citizenship application form, which is to be accompanied by a yet-to-be determined non-refundable annual citizenship fee.
Should have at least considered participating in the RDA.
